Als Compliance Referent:in bei SysEleven bist du verantwortlich dafür, sicherzustellen, dass sämtliche Unternehmensaktivitäten den geltenden Compliance-Vorschriften entsprechen. Durch die Entwicklung, Anpassung sowie umfassende Überwachung und Umsetzung von Richtlinien trägst du dazu bei, dass das Unternehmen ethisch und gesetzlich einwandfrei agiert. Dein Beitrag gewährleistet nicht nur die Einhaltung rechtlicher Bestimmungen und interner Richtlinien, sondern stärkt auch das Vertrauen unserer Kunden und Partner in SysEleven.

Aufgaben

Unterstützung bei der Implementierung eines Compliance-Programms (Risikomanagement, internes Kontrollsystem, Umweltmanagement, Compliance-Management), das die Einhaltung aller relevanten Gesetze, Vorschriften und internen Richtlinien in Gleichklang mit unserer Muttergesellschaft Secunet sicherstellt
Durchführung von regelmäßigen Compliance-Audits und Risikobewertungen, um potenzielle Verstöße frühzeitig zu identifizieren und zu adressieren
Überwachung von Compliance-Änderungen und Aktualisierung von Richtlinien entsprechend den sich ändernden rechtlichen Anforderungen
Übertragung und Anpassung von Richlinien unserer Muttergesellschaft an die Abläufe und kulturellen Besonderheiten bei SysEleven
Schulung von Mitarbeitenden zu Compliance-Themen und Sensibilisierung für die Bedeutung ethischen Verhaltens im Unternehmenskontext
Zusammenarbeit mit dem Mutterunternehmen um Compliance-Anforderungen in Unternehmensprozesse zu integrieren und sicherzustellen, dass sie effektiv umgesetzt werden

Anforderungen

Erste Erfahrungen im Bereich Compliance, idealerweise in einem technologieorientierten Unternehmen
Interesse an der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Compliance-Programmen und -Prozessen
Analytisches Denkvermögen und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Probleme zu verstehen und auf Grundlage von Compliance-Richtlinien zu unterstützen
Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, um mit Mitarbeitenden auf allen Ebenen des Unternehmens zusammenzuarbeiten und zu unterstützen
Ausbildung oder Studium mit einem wirtschaftlichen, betriebswirtschaftlichen oder einem juristischen Schwerpunkt

Your mission

As a Compliance Officer at SysEleven, you contribute to ensuring that all company activities comply with applicable compliance regulations. You assist in the development, adaptation, and comprehensive monitoring and implementation of policies to ensure that the company operates ethically and legally. Your contribution not only ensures compliance with legal requirements and internal policies but also strengthens the trust of our customers and partners in SysEleven.

Your tasks

Supporting the implementation of a compliance program (risk management, internal control system, environmental management, compliance management) that ensures compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies
Participating in regular compliance audits and risk assessments to identify and address potential violations early
Monitoring compliance changes and assisting in updating policies according to changing legal requirements
Adapting policies of our parent company to the processes and cultural specificities at SysEleven
Assisting in training employees on compliance topics and raising awareness of the importance of ethical behavior in the corporate context
Collaborating with the parent company to integrate compliance requirements into corporate processes and ensure their effective implementation

Requirements

First experience in the field of compliance, ideally in a technology-oriented company
Interest in the development and implementation of compliance programs and processes
Analytical thinking and the ability to understand complex problems and provide support based on compliance guidelines
Good communication skills to collaborate and support employees at all levels of the company
Education or studies with a focus on economics, business administration, or law

You will work directly with the CFO and collaborate with the entire leadership team of the company in coordination with those responsible for these matters on Secunet's side.
