Du entwickelst und betreibst robuste, skalierbare und sichere Infrastrukturlösungen, die unsere Mission unterstützen, eine souveräne, hochsichere IT‑Infrastruktur zu betreiben. Das bedeutet, Du sorgst dafür, dass Sicherheit und Compliance integraler Bestandteil unserer Kundensetups sind. Du gestaltest Systemarchitekturen, automatisierst Betriebsabläufe und stellst mit Monitoring‑ und Lifecycle‑Konzepten sicher, dass unsere Plattformen zuverlässig, performant und konform laufen.

Aufgaben

Entwurf und Optimierung von Lösungen zur Erfüllung funktionaler, sicherheitsrelevanter und skalierbarer Anforderungen
Planung und Umsetzung der Integration von Software‑ und Hardwarekomponenten in Cloud‑ und hybriden Umgebungen
Aufbau, Betrieb und kontinuierliche Verbesserung von Monitoring‑ und Alarmierungslösungen (z. B. Prometheus und Grafana Stack)
Entwicklung und Pflege von Automatisierungen (Python, Go, Bash, Ansible) zur Steigerung der betrieblichen Effizienz
Lifecycle‑Management: Updates, Skalierung, Rollouts und geordnete Außerbetriebnahmen von Systemen
Analyse und Optimierung von Workflows zur Maximierung von Sicherheit und operativer Effizienz

Anforderungen

Mehrjährige Erfahrung in System‑/Plattform‑Engineering, idealerweise in sicherheitskritischen Bereichen wie Behörden und Organisationen mit Sicherheitsaufgaben (BOS)
Fundierte Kenntnisse in Scripting und Automatisierung (Python, Go, Bash) und Erfahrung mit gängigen Konfigurations‑/Orchestrierungstools (Ansible, Terraform o. Ä.)
Tiefgehendes Verständnis von Netzwerkkonzepten (TCP/IP, Routing, Switching, Firewalls) und Netzwerkbetrieb
Erfahrung im Betrieb unf ggf. Aufbau von Observability‑Stacks (z. B. Prometheus, Grafana) sowie Monitoring/Alerting‑Strategien
Praktische Erfahrung mit Cloud‑ und Virtualisierungsplattformen (hybrid/cloud‑native), inkl. Container‑Betrieb (Kubernetes)

Your mission

You develop and operate robust, scalable, and secure infrastructure solutions that support our mission to provide a sovereign, highly secure IT infrastructure. This means you ensure that security and compliance are integral parts of our customer environments. You design system architectures, automate operational processes, and use monitoring and lifecycle concepts to guarantee that our platforms run reliably, efficiently, and in full compliance.

Your tasks

Designing and optimizing solutions to meet functional, security, and scalability requirements
Planning and implementing the integration of software and hardware components in cloud and hybrid environments
Building, operating, and continuously improving monitoring and alerting solutions (e.g., Prometheus and Grafana stack)
Developing and maintaining automation (Python, Go, Bash, Ansible) to enhance operational efficiency
Lifecycle management: updates, scaling, rollouts, and structured decommissioning of systems
Analyzing and optimizing workflows to maximize security and operational efficiency

Requirements

Several years of experience in system or platform engineering, ideally in security-critical environments such as public authorities or organizations with security-related responsibilities (BOS)
Strong skills in scripting and automation (Python, Go, Bash) and experience with common configuration/orchestration tools (Ansible, Terraform, or similar)
Deep understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, routing, switching, firewalls) and network operations
Experience in operating and possibly building observability stacks (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana) and developing monitoring and alerting strategies
Hands-on experience with cloud and virtualization platforms (hybrid or cloud-native), including container operations (Kubernetes)
