Requirements
Advanced professional experience in recruiting IT professionals, preferably with a focus on infrastructure, cloud, and container technologies
A solid understanding of IT infrastructures and the ability to accurately assess specific tech stacks (such as Kubernetes, OpenStack, Linux derivatives, CI/CD pipelines, etc.)
Confident stakeholder management at the leadership level alongside strong methodological skills for defining role profiles
Proven experience applying active sourcing strategies within specific tech communities and representing the company at relevant industry events like Cloud Native Meetups
A structured and independent working style to manage multiple complex hiring processes simultaneously
Fluent German and good English skills
Your tasks
Taking end to end responsibility for the full recruiting cycle of tech professionals and leaders in the cloud and open source ecosystem, from analyzing requirements to negotiating contracts
Creating precise job profiles and identifying targeted sourcing channels for highly specialized roles (such as Kubernetes, OpenStack, Go, IT Security)
Identifying and directly approaching candidates via relevant platforms and networks
Managing the evaluation process by conducting technical prescreenings, supporting technical interviews, and facilitating trial days
Advising hiring managers strategically on evaluating technical skills, understanding market trends, and defining realistic job requirements
Analyzing recruiting metrics to iteratively optimize our sourcing processes
